Description:
The script started from the URL '/Reporting/Util/customError.php' with parameters 'errorCode=502?502;http://localhost:80/Reporting/reports/sr-login.php' has not responded within the configured time-out period. The HTTP server is terminating the script.

Cause:
Two possible causes: 1) Permissions are no longer correct. The built-in Internet accounts IIS_WPG and IUSR are no longer associated with IIS 2) The php engine is running from the location C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\PHP

Solution:
To resolve permission issues:
Add IIS_WPG account to default website with 'Read & Execute', List Folder Contents' and Read permissions set to allow
Add IUSR account with write permission set to deny
Add 'Authenticated Users' account to \Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\ with 'Read & Execute', List Folder Contents' and Read permissions set to allow and propagate to child objects

To resolve an incorrect PHP engine location:
Browse to \Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\Php\
Backup the php.ini file
Right click the PhP.ini file and uncheck the read only attribute.
Delete the session save information found at the end of the file after 'extension=php_curl.dll'
Save the file and check the read only attribute

Restart IIS and the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Service and log in to the console.
